At least for me I had no problems with dailydealbazaar
Placed 4 orders so far and all were delivered within 48 hours.

@anandfbd, dailydealbazar just made public your address, email and mobile number by publishing the return photo on the web! :-(

@dailydealbaz…, do you know about a feature called cropping? How can you release private information of customers? Do you care about privacy? Are you serious?

Instead, why don’t you publish your’s and your employees’ payslips, addresses and phone numbers on the world wide web?

Do you know guys what happened today!!! I got a call from the courier guy who said that dailydealbazaar has stopped their payment and he insisted me that I should call the store and tell them it was my faiult…

OK fine I accept i did not pick the call.. then why did not they try to deliever it later on… every courier company has a protocol in which they atleast attempt delievery 3 times in consecutive days and then the product is shipped back. Whats your take on this dailydeal bazaar?

Let me add another thing here!!! Maruti courier is the worst courier service comany…. I had another bad experience with them in the past.. They kept my package at their Sarai Jullena office for around 32 days and after several followups I had to visit their office to get it picked…. Pathetic courier service…

And dailydealbazaar what about your customer service… I called your customer care number and I was told that I would get a followup call but i did not receive any.. u did not respond to any of my emails… It simply indicates that you are just trying to collect pennies from customers who by mistake purchase from your store..

I also requested for a refund.. but since then you have avoided all possible communication.. I was forced to write a review against you as i did not get any sort of fruitful response and I wanted no other customer to face the same ordeal.

@Kage01 – We’re extremely sorry for that, but as “anandfbd” said, that we don’t deliver the item and provide fake AWB no.
Our motto was to prove that we are not here to cheat.

@anandfbd – just check your inbox for our replies, Rs.49 is not such a big amount. We did tell you that we’ll ship the item again with your next purchase.
But if you want refund we are happy to process that.

Well I agree that your customer care girl named Tanya said that I can have the poduct shipped on next purchase but then I asked her for a refund and she said that she would require 24 hour time to consult her seniors and she promised me a call back and it has been so many days and I have not received that call..

And you can not deny that I have sent you several emails in the past and you have not replied those. Is that how you deal with your customers…

I do not want to create a scene and close the matter so for now I wish to have a refund before I close this matter. So kindly issue me a refund and change the perception of your services..

@dailydealbaz… thanks for your response. I know your intention was to prove that you had shipped the product but accidently published customer’s personal data. You should have cropped/blurred personal data in the image.

The best example is Sosasta.com who very recently “accidentally” leaked their entire Customer Database! As a result, I had to change my passwords across all websites. They have dented their reputation forever by this accident.

Ok! Now that you have did all that you have did, I’m sure going to check out your store and if something catches my eye, I’ll think of buying from you then. But on a second thought, I’m really not satisfied with your courier partner right for now viz Maruti Couriers. They sound like an irresponsible courier service to me already. I had a brush with yet another pathetic courier services that goes by the name of one Blazeflash couriers….. Oh My God! they were like the most rude and pathetic courier services ever. I’m a bit particular about this aspect when I shop online.

It’s right to every word contained in it. Of course I don’t expect you to use a Bluedart or a fedex or even a DTDC for an item worth Rs.49, but at least try and keep it to the bare minimum of a Professional courier, First Flight that are economical for bulk shipments and not a Maruti or a Blaze Flash.This is what happens then. It’s you right now this late in the night who’s doing all the explaining and not Maruti Courier service. That guy probably is sleeping “tight” by now. LOL! I hope you get to crack a really good deal with a courier service of some repute real soon.

But sure as Kage said earlier, I too wish your business really prospers ahead and you provide us customers some really exceptional products & services then. I’ll check out your website for the time being. May this all be history. Make a fresh glorious start now! Cheers!

If you would have listened to your customer in the first instance you might not have gained a negative customer and many more not so happy customers who would get to know about your wrong doing through ‘word to mouth’

I would appreciate if you would listen to your customers in future as I believe a satisfied customer not only gives you more business but also gets you added customers by again through ‘word to mouth’

Our customers can go for any preferred courier company, just while buying mention same under “comments” section, no matter you buy goods worth Rs.39 or 3900.

Waiting for your first purchase, just mention “DTDC” under comments section, if you want to get it delivered via DTDC.

What amuses me is that even Blaze Flash is one of your courier partners, I really didn’t know that. I had some gem of words for them already in my earlier posts. Oops! LOL!
