I am going to share a horrible experience that I had with dailydealbazaar.com
This is regarding the order number #2468 that I placed with them on 19 June for Hill Billy Teeth worth 49 Rs. This is not 49 Rs but about how they made me feel like. I waited patiently for the product to arrive. After 7 days I mailed them and I was told that the product was returned back as I was not at home. Which was ok as I work and my house was locked during day time. But I wondered why I did not get a call from the courier company regarding the courier attempt. My landlord lives nearby and I could have asked him to pick the courier for me. Anyways, I then asked dailydealbazar customer care girl named Tanya that why was the delivery not scheduled later on as most of the courier company attempts delivery three times before sending the product back to the store owner. I did not get an appropriate answer from her then I asked for a refund or reshipment. She politely said that it is not possible to reship the product however, if I place another order then I can have both products shipped together. That sounded ok to me, but I thought I should ask for a refund before placing another order. She said that she will have to confirm from her seniors regarding the refund and asked for a time frame of 24 hours and promised me a call back. Till date I have not received a call back from her and they now do not respond back to emails or calls.
I mailed them many times but received no reply. How hard is to ship a product from the same city. Their store is around 20 -22 km from my residence and still they are not ready to ship or provide a refund.
I strictly warn you guys to think before purchasing from dailydealbazaar.com as I can very well say that their tactics is to simply eat up the customer’s money without even shipping products. Moreover the courier company’ website does not show any tracking information which leads me to believe that they did not even ship the product..
