Hi Everyone,

I am going to share a horrible experience that I had with dailydealbazaar.com

This is regarding the order number #2468 that I placed with them on 19 June for Hill Billy Teeth worth 49 Rs. This is not 49 Rs but about how they made me feel like. I waited patiently for the product to arrive. After 7 days I mailed them and I was told that the product was returned back as I was not at home. Which was ok as I work and my house was locked during day time. But I wondered why I did not get a call from the courier company regarding the courier attempt. My landlord lives nearby and I could have asked him to pick the courier for me. Anyways, I then asked dailydealbazar customer care girl named Tanya that why was the delivery not scheduled later on as most of the courier company attempts delivery three times before sending the product back to the store owner. I did not get an appropriate answer from her then I asked for a refund or reshipment. She politely said that it is not possible to reship the product however, if I place another order then I can have both products shipped together. That sounded ok to me, but I thought I should ask for a refund before placing another order. She said that she will have to confirm from her seniors regarding the refund and asked for a time frame of 24 hours and promised me a call back. Till date I have not received a call back from her and they now do not respond back to emails or calls.

I mailed them many times but received no reply. How hard is to ship a product from the same city. Their store is around 20 -22 km from my residence and still they are not ready to ship or provide a refund.

I strictly warn you guys to think before purchasing from dailydealbazaar.com as I can very well say that their tactics is to simply eat up the customer’s money without even shipping products. Moreover the courier company’ website does not show any tracking information which leads me to believe that they did not even ship the product..

Strict no no to dailydealbazaar.com…

Hey Dailydealbazaar,

This is regarding order ID 2671. Order was placed on 23rd June.
Rs 49 has been debited, still status is showing as failed. P.S. the amount has not been credited back in my bank account and while placing the order I didn’t face any error. So, I am puzzled why order is failed.

Please do the needful.

@badboyhere – Our system is also showing your payment as failed, if the amount has been deducted from your account you can contact your bank for the same.

Ok, Daily Deal bazaar, I’m back now!

Yeah! my neighbour received the package for me while I was out this whole time, it contained the Stapler and the Bandana as well.
It was well wrapped with bubble wrapping. And I love the product as well. Thank you!

hmm, Now I have to chase bank guys. This happens lot of times now, no error while executing transaction but once everything is done “Transaction failed”. Sad part is money never get credited back on its own.

Goind by Dailydealbazaar’s response, will definitely give it one more try unlike bagittoday.

No, we don’t have different varieties of Cartridges.
We only sell only one which comes along with eCigarette.

i have received the product …… but to my surprise the amount on the invoice is shown as 99 rs/-, where as the actual amount for product i bought is only 49/-… when i checked my account , there also its showing as 99/- instead of 49/-. Can you please clarify on this…..!!!

We are not allowed to give free gift on purchase less than Rs.99. Therefore i did edit the invoice.
Whereas we charged you only Rs.49. no need to worry, will update it to Rs.49 again.

I ordered some items .. all were delivered in 48 hours.. i found it really quick..
sometimes this happens.. and i consider it the fault of the courier partner..
