I am going to share a horrible experience that I had with dailydealbazaar.com
This is regarding the order number #2468 that I placed with them on 19 June for Hill Billy Teeth worth 49 Rs. This is not 49 Rs but about how they made me feel like. I waited patiently for the product to arrive. After 7 days I mailed them and I was told that the product was returned back as I was not at home. Which was ok as I work and my house was locked during day time. But I wondered why I did not get a call from the courier company regarding the courier attempt. My landlord lives nearby and I could have asked him to pick the courier for me. Anyways, I then asked dailydealbazar customer care girl named Tanya that why was the delivery not scheduled later on as most of the courier company attempts delivery three times before sending the product back to the store owner. I did not get an appropriate answer from her then I asked for a refund or reshipment. She politely said that it is not possible to reship the product however, if I place another order then I can have both products shipped together. That sounded ok to me, but I thought I should ask for a refund before placing another order. She said that she will have to confirm from her seniors regarding the refund and asked for a time frame of 24 hours and promised me a call back. Till date I have not received a call back from her and they now do not respond back to emails or calls.
I mailed them many times but received no reply. How hard is to ship a product from the same city. Their store is around 20 -22 km from my residence and still they are not ready to ship or provide a refund.
I strictly warn you guys to think before purchasing from dailydealbazaar.com as I can very well say that their tactics is to simply eat up the customer’s money without even shipping products. Moreover the courier company’ website does not show any tracking information which leads me to believe that they did not even ship the product..
Strict no no to dailydealbazaar.com…

Hi DailyDealBazaar Rep., I ordered multipurpose bandana on 04-11-2012 but did not got any update on it shipping status. The transaction status of my Order ID #9766 is completed. The customer care number is always switched off and there is no response of my mail. Let me know if you are going to ship my product or refund me the amount or looking into the history i’ve to take route of cyber complain.
hey i thnk i was bit rude as i received the product today ……… though till i wud say atleast ur customer should be working and u should provide shipping details.

The order status was mentioned as completed since the day I purchased it
May I know the status of the delivery please. I noticed that there are no recent updates on this post from you.
Would appreciate if you could deliver as soon as possible.

My case is exactly the same as the above post. Ordered and item on 12/11/2013. Till date no confirmation or update on order status.
Sent at least 5 mails regarding my Order 11796. No response whatsoever. I am unable to reach the Cust Care no 91-9-2121-1-2020 for the last three days.
Luks like fraud to me.

Hello Dailydealbazaar,
I ordered 2 batons (Model M08)priced at 399 rupees each. My order number is 9460.
The order shows completed. I called your customer service number but some one picked it first time and cut the call. After that the number is either switched off or no one else talks, it just keeps ringing.
I then got Gagandeep’s number (must be daily deal bazaar employee/manager). He answered the phone first time, said there is a problem with the customer service phone and cut it off. The second time, he answered the phone but did not have a clue about the product quality.
I have placed a cancellation request and demanded refund via email. No reply for that also.
I am having serious doubts about this genuineness of this company.I will wait till this week for them to respond. If there are no responses then I will have to take legal measures (Will report to Cyber crime, Delhi Branch. I am a information security auditor and I have good connections with the cops.
