there system is very intelligent if u place order from fake ids that will be cancelled

on the other point if u r order is cancelled due to item out of stock u r very lucky u get your gift voucher back
example u used 500 off on 1499 if total order is cancelled in this case you get your 1000 back also you will get gv of 500 on minimum buy of 501

so please donot miss lead

Correct legend king……tradus refund the voucher also …so no issue ….I love tradus for their discount but unhappy because no much voucher is availabel in the market as before…and coupens are email specific…..

I feel there is nothing special to beware from tradus.in
tradus is better than indiaplaza.in
however infibeam, ebay are better than tradus.in

I have used tradus.in many a times, they deliver on time and even a single day delay is being informed through email. sometimes they inform delay in morning and ship the product in the evening.

Their refund system and email response is good. In case of problem, they solve the problem thr. email itself,, i got refund of Rs 40/- with GV of Rs 40/- , For Rs 19/- with GV of Rs 19/- .
nothing like that. Yes ! sometimes we have to keep the follow up with them for the refund. My Rs 694/- refund took 10 days. They have to reconcile the accounts, however they are taking little extra time. But your money is safe, normally it is not charged through the credit card.

In case of the refund on discount availed, the GV is issued on actual amount paid by us.
I have not bought garments, mobiles or accessories from them. I got steam iron packed very well.

i got 7 partial refunds for my orders

these were books which i used as fillers get 300 off on 999

i got all refunds with in 30 days

last 2 refunds give me rs 10 off on rs 11 which i shared with dimers as i do not need them

Well, it’s a mixed bag for me.
I have had a history of 3 orders with them and the first 2 of them I must say were brutally cancelled & had to wait for 20 +7 odd days each for the refund. I received the GV’s as well but I was rather disappointed than use them. I must say it was a painful experience until my 3rd order was shipped by them which I was hardly expecting from them.Refund took almost a month that too after getting after them to do the same.

" They got a shameless customer care no matter what, who promise something and eventually end up doing exactly against what you expected/wished for"

Since I received my 3rd order, I never ever dared to open the page TRADUS.IN no matter what the coupon was in my inbox.

Its good to know that there are some people to criticize tradus,
that are the things, which give the scope for improvement to them.

Tradus should solve your genuine problems. I think you are also happy with them
as your only FPD belongs to tradus.

So, we should give the chance to improve them like we give the feedback to our cousin or friends.

Recently I purchased 2 sippers from Tradus for Rs.95
One of them was defective. I complained to them and they just sent
me a voucher of Rs.50 to be used for min buy of Rs.51
It took around 10 days but tradus is a genuine site.
I am happy with them for my over 25 purchases

I agree with legend king at one point where he says that tradus returns the money and gives back the coupon also. But The vendors are not that supportive. I had earlier ordered 6 quantity of pen-drives against which I got only 3. I complained and got the rest after 2 weeks which is too long. And now it is the second time I am facing problem. I order a webcam and now am delivered an inferior quality webcam which is Rs. 500 cheaper than the one i ordered.
