Respected DD. Read this at ebay . Those who have experience with cart2inida..pl share for DD’S benefit & to protect dimer’s time as well as money. It seems cart2inida says one thing then change again extend the deadline.buyers are clueless whether to wait or cancel and again wait for refund. It is hightime that we all should press for charging the card only at the time of shipping.now the copy of that post
Cart2india is playing hide & seek. It is known fact that in the recent time, because of their unethical & unprofessional manner many waited much beyond delivery promise thro Indiatimes order. Cart2inida even called indiatimes customers and informed false deadline .After waiting beyond assured delivery date…those ordered with indiatimes were sort of forced to cancel and lost the special offers too and wasted those indiatimes coupons on relying Cart2india supply to Indiatimes. Then Cart2india knowing fully that they dont have samsung galaxy series (Mainly ACE & Galaxy S plus) offered special price for ebay customers and AGAIN made to wait , sent email for unexpected delay and now even requesting those ebay customers ( also those applied 10% coupon) to cancel if they prefer . For cancellation also one has to wait for almost 8-10 days to get back the credit.
what is the point of waiting almost 2 -3 weeks investing money,wasting time, making calls.sending mails and finally getting the order cancelled.
It is high time that ( like amazon & other ETHICAL online store) ebay should also CHARGE the customers only when the item is shipped ..otherwise people prefer to buy with genuine & fast delivery online store w/o going for offer and face endless delay .
TIME TO RESTRUCT THINGS or time will avoid these these sort of unethical no value supplier like Cart2india .

ebay really is pathetic in terms of returns…first seller is given huge amount of time to ship and then deliver and if he cant deliver til deadline then he is again given 5 days for confirmation.Then only ebay approves refund.once you pay to the ebay ,your money can easily be engaged for minimum of 20 days with no product .This policy is for the benefits of sellers only and some of the sellers are taking advantage of this thing.:twisted:
I suffered from this and engeged my money for 20 days and ebay has no answer for such things nor they take any action against the seller if such situation arises.Also they do not even compensate for the wasted 20 days of buyers.
I was suffered by a seller named sharath from bangalore and ebay only engaged my money more even after complaining and ebay done nothing against the seller.Its me that suffered.Their cutomer care has only one answer this is the rule.blah blah blah…..:oops:

There is one way to take revenge on such sellers and also teach ebay a huge lesson.
Simply start ordering all products from different fake accounts on COD. Ebay will have to remove COD option and their business will suffer as other online stores are offering it.
If there is no COD Order the product pay for it. When they ask for extension don’t give it and get a refund. It will be risky if they actually ship the product before the stipulated time. But you can reject the product from the courier and get a refund. You can say product is not shipped and ask for a refund
This will put them out of business. Do this all on fake accounts because even buyers can be blacklisted.
I think especially with local sellers who offer COD this will work and it will teach them a lesson. They will have to stop offering COD and their business will suffer
All those who give bad reviews bout cart2india suck big time.
They are the best….. Frigging believe that!!!!
Incident
I had ordered for BRAGG APPLE CIDER VINEGAR thru the online website CART2INDIA.COM
(Address 330 Manhattan Ave in Jersey City, New Jersey 07307, Ph: (650) 492-5243) on 1st Aug
2014. After several repeated followups I finally received the item on 21st Aug 2014. When I
opened the package, unfortunately I noticed the bottle was without the seal. When I opened the
bottle the seal was already broken or no seal, I poured it into a glass to taste and it was like
water and honey only, I have been using other apple cider for long time, this one seems like plain
water or some other liquid.
I contacted their customer support and they would not answer my queries. After several
followups I understand they just wanted to ignore and dont have any intention to replace or
refund. Though I had paid $33.25, I understand that they have procured the same item from
www.vitaminli…om for only $6 and send to me after replacing the contents with plain water or
some other liquid. I had to go thru severe trauma and mental pressure after consuming an
unknown liquid or poison. I demand strict action against this fraud company and ban this
company from doing business in the US cheating consumers in India.

Dear Friends, I would like to share my experience as well. Please note, that we all are failing to understand, that all the products sold by Cart2 India are from the U.S.A, therefore they take a long time to deliver, only few of the products they ship form their warehouse if they have it in stock. I also had a cancellation of one of my orders and they did refund my money in 5-days, later I’ve made about 5 purchases and they all were really smooth. I am absolutely not trying to favour them as I have nothing to do with them, but this is just an honest review. Also they were rated the top sellers of Amazon India couple of months ago.
Cart2india sucks for real!
Ignoring the fact that the prices are way too high,most of you will have a bad experience with them, I too had a bitter one !!not only it took them almost a month to deliver the item,but also it was the wrong one!so according to the paisa pay policy of ebay i should have reported it to them as ‘item not received’,but the cart2india team mailed me several times,begging not to report it,so i did not(my bad!!).when the product was found to be wrong i gave them a negative review in ebay,so the ‘Shit2india’ contacted me via phone and told their sad story to evoke some sympathy (this story was heard almost always when someone complaints- that the company was started by 4 boys,they do all the work by themselves,…..blah blah..they offered me 10% discount on next purchase from their own website which will be starting soon,if i was ready to rewrite the negative review)..further contacts made the situation worse and they showed their true attitude(just take what we offer or leave)..so I stickon to my review and filed a refund via ebay…Returned the item,got my money back..deciding not to return to Shit2india ever!
Stay away!! go for better options like flipkart or Amazon(the cost including shipping would be anyways less than the cart2india price)!!
