True, even I have the same experience. My suggestion is to wreck their facebook site. I did the same thing and they returned my money immediately. They are absolutely shameless people. They will take your money and not ship the product. After we give them lots of abuse, they will shamelessly say they will reimburse money in form of coupon on which you can buy (validity of coupon will be 7 days!!!). Ofcourse how can you buy again when you had a bad experience with them…

what you said is right!! They are shameless ppl. Even when I scold them they don’t feel for it. I told an idiotic lady in the CC that I wanted to talk to their Manager, she put me on hold and later cut the call They don’t even have toll free no, for getting back a refund of say Rs.250, you have to surely spend Rs.250 thro phone bill and then waste of time o,n top of that we lose out mood Bunch of idiots sitting there. I place and order #274346 to get the lifestyle voucher offer. I was denied the lifestyle voucher since they said that the payment from credit card delayed, and then when the payment got realised the deal was over Idiots!! we must tarnish their reputation in their facebook

Telephone customer support of dealsandyou is pathetic attended by clueless fools. There email support is also slow and mostly have standard replies like we have escalated your matter to concerned department , etc and will revert you back asap. There support at FB is just slightly better. But they have never ever cheated me I always benefited from coupons I purchased at DNY. Plenty of them over last 6 months like Cbazaar , Bestylish , Craftsvilla , Movietime , Kyra , Subway , Shree Makhaan , The Body Care , AKH Spa , Jaipan , Style Studio 24 , Hushbabies ( 500 off on 1000 way back in feb,2011 when I purchased 6 of them ). Most of them were using Rs.250 off ref coupons giving further excellent value for money. Even got the full value and excellent deal out of notorious FNY’s coupon ( sister concern of DNY ). And recently received free Lifestyle Rs.500 voucher and free silver coin should be on it’s way. All the coupons I purchased were honored smoothly. Never felt cheated. Few problems I had long ago were solved fast in the end.

Though there customer support still remains bad , lazy and run by fools , my recent bad experience
was only paytm deal which was canceled but refund was showing in my bank within 7 days.

Never really bothered to buy products with DNY and will avoid and suggest all to avoid hearing lots of complains of late deliveries and cancellations. For coupons , they have been the best site for me. I guess my coupon orders with DNY is more than total combined orders with snapdeal , mydala and koovs.

Just checked that I also purchased babyoye vouchers with them earlier in march this year. Coupon
costed Rs.49 and was 500 off on 1000 so actually giving 45% off on everything. I purchased 8 and made
all my buying for Pampers. This was another steal coupon for me from DNY

Sorry for what happened with you cbsaj bro. I am also a victim of Dealsandyou.com They sent me a wrong product and then expected me not to ask for refund! They think we customers are stupid people who can be deceived easily. Buying from them is, Apne pair par kulhadi marna!

I have learnt my lesson. I would advise all my desi dimer friends not to buy from Dealsandyou.com or Fashionandyou.com. No matter how tempting the deal/offer may be!
