Does tradus publish bad reviews?

I bought a USB led light with fan from tradus. The seller sent me a defective product with half the leds not working neither the fan is working.
I notified tradus but they are refusing to do reverse pick from home. I left a bad review for the seller, but tradus has not published it.

Any has got any bad review published in tradus?
