I brought gold coin under promotion from pepperfry on

Although they shipped my actual coin too fast after 1 month (Their 12 working days is equal to 1 month). But they still not shipped my free coin till now.
When I contacted them with order id, everytime they are giving me reference id and saying contacting within 48 hrs.
But never contacted. If you again contact them then again this vicious cycle rotates till now. Finally they shipped my 5 order with AWB number and send me in email. But again 4 awb number correct and 1 awb number incorrect. Now again 48 hrs cycle starts. I do not know when this cycle wil stop.
I posted my feedback to here because to prevent other buyers from getting fraud by this website.

also u purchased in 36K….even if they ship u r loosing arnd 15%..

2 gm was free in that offer. However Gold is trading below 30k as of now at MCX…
Steps:
- Post it on their blog/Facebook page
- Do not talk to the regular guys speak with leads and managers.
- If you chat , take screenshot and send them an email mentioning the details and their commitment.
- Post you complaint on review blogs etc.
- Daily give sometime for the fight.

Your timing of buying gold was wrong. Not only you bought expensive but also you bought at a time when the orders are flooding pepperfry.
The reason is
1. For the past so many months pepperfry is unable to sustain a high level of orders.
2. Their long shipping time sucks.
3. They have botched up the coin orders many time in the past and as can be seen currently too.
4. Their name has become synonymous with high bargaining offers like we bargain in the streets. Anything which is not at 50% offer is useless at pepperfry.
For me the only saving grace was I bought gold from them at much cheaper rates during the initial period. Also many a times I got a lot of pepperpoints when they refunded extra points for cancellation. Also I caught up with some errors. So all along the experience was not that bad.
But yes I understand your feelings what you are going through. The only reprive is never go for high value orders. And track them through chat/email.

What’s the status now? 
Yare bhai log pepperfry was low on funding, they were literally bailed out by NVP with $8mil, but they had to downsize and reorganize, they are now classified as a “home decor” site. The new cash should keep them going for a while …. but its likely they’ll either shut down or merge sometime down the line.
my humble advice avoid if possible
your orders are from jan 2013. You are really a victim of pepperfry…
