FabFurnish - The Order that is still no delivered

I ordered Sandwich Maker on FabFurnish on 17th April 2012. The Order is shipped according to FabFurnish but there is no detail of Order in site. And when I try to call their god forsaken call center, I am kept on hold for 10 – 15 minutes and the IVR says GOODBYE

The experience has been painful to say the least.

And I am waiting for my yummy Sandwiches day in day out
