Fake products on Paytm

I purchased Nike Multicolor Cotton Socks pack of 3 from Paytm. These have MRP of 495 to which Paytm was selling it for 199. Order :777565066
Seller : Ekta Services, Patparganj.
This seller is sending fake Nike socks at the display cost and name of Nike. The label looks cheap and the Nike symbol of tickmarks are also not proper.
I have complained to Paytm customer care but haven’t heard anything from them.
Can anyone help.

The issue is fake product and not a genuine seller,…. Not the money…. Which will be again going back to my paytm wallet and I have to spend on something….this is what I purchased

I also recived fake ambipur refill . .. Pathetic no smell .. Wasted 200 rs ..
Now I can’t return as opened ..

dont worry and dont say to paytm ur product is fake… bas jo bhi mangaya tod do use or complain karo toota hua mila pic send karo… first time mein reverse pick up krenge… in ur case socks me hole kardo bada sa.. pic send kro.. easily refund milega… jb b muje fake item mila yahi kia mne…
Make return req from ur paytm account
they will ask for images
they will take return and deposit money in paytm wallet
