First and Last time shopping experience with Snapdeal

i had same experience when I ordered 1 shampoo. I complained and it took them 7 days to refund

Change TITLE to ‘First Time’ to “LAST TIME”

in myopinion snapdeal much better then amzon.
amazon in fraud took my 6k and i did not get any this type of experiance my sd experiance huge

daily 2 or 3 courier came my home lolllll
even that gojavas guys known me and now they dont ask for voter id

sd is good atleast sd did not took my 6 k which did amazon

Because I always get well packed products with VAT paid Invoice and sealed products, never had issues with returning product back, never had issues with refund. Snapdeal experience reminded me Tradus and Shopclues, where we risk few bucks or hundreds in hope of original products but each tym got products Without Invoice , Without seal or leaked products… (reminding OXIGEN WALLET OFFER on shopclues, Bought Nivea Shower gel and few more deos , face wash etc but they are so pathetic I could not use them). I thought Snapdeal is better than those but it disappointed me

Its not about getting sasta product… packaging and other services also matters… if you get broken/damaged product at unexpected % discount..den its not a loot (at least for buyer). I am getting home supplies products at 40-50% discount that are being sold at MRP or very less discount at stores near my house…I am ordering not ONLY because its cheap or at unexpected price …but because I am getting products as it is and as new as I get from the stores….. benefit of loot price or sasta or best deal is then.. when we get product with proper packaging and undamaged with Invoice
