I have been using Tikona Services for three years now. Last year I started using Tikona Wifi Router for wireless services. The wifi router was provided by Tikona only on payment of Rs. 1700 for the same.
The Tikona executive installed a second hand wifi router at my residence, and assured me that if any yechnical problem is there, the wifi router will be replaced/ repaired by the Tikona team only.
Now my wifi router has not been working since Monday morning, and I have been continuously been following up with Tikona Executives for six days now. Today I was told that the wifi router policy is not there anymore and Tikona does not provide wifi routers to consumers anymore.
I told them that I had accepted second hand wifi router on the company’s promise of replacing it when the router goes faulty. So in case wifi router is not being replaced, I am entitled for return of my payment of Rs. 1700. However the Tikona Executive confirmed that neither the money is refundable nor will the wifi router be replaced.
This in my view is fraud from their side, and I intend to make no more payment to them (for bills). The same has also been entered in Tikona PC by Tikona Executive on phone on my request. I have requested for immediate termination of my services .
