Freecharge.in - useless customer service!

Freecharge has twice not sent me the coupons. They just say ‘Thank you for writing to Freecharge. Your mail is important to us. Now, just bugger off and contact the local courier office’ or something to that effect. They use a junk courier Firstflight who done have a webtracking. The local office phones of the courier are continuously busy. Email query sent from the website disappears into nothingness. If you sent email to the id given on the site, the standard answer is ‘ask the booking counter’, as if we all know where that is. One month after doing the phone recharging, this is what you get!
Not contradicting your case but I always received coupons from them. Out of more than 50 recharges with coupons , they got lost around 2-3 times but after my complain by email they were resent.
Once received wrong coupons also but after complain , correct coupons were sent again.
May be I am lucky so far
yes had the same problem with coupons…… but the coupons were resent once i mailed them about the non delivery………!!
as for recharge its one of the best site available as of now……..no issues mostly …. if at all any issue amount will be returned back ……

they have taken this for granted that it is our job to make sure that the coupons are delivered ….
you order XYZ coupons and you get ABC
this is not which happens once or thrice but they have made it a habit …
and also … something that is beyond understanding…. after much of your persual … if your coupons gets delivered …. they would get delivered on 20-25th of the month with an expiry of 30th of that month ….
kitna khayenge Mc D k burger as aur koi coupon to dete nahi …. simplest excuse .. we are out of stock….
Same here!! Even I did not receive the coupons for the first time then I complained over email and got the coupon very soon.

I am in delhi and getting coupons regularly.
My cousin in Mumbai ( suburbs area ) is having problems most of the times.
So I guess the courier they are using for certain places might not be good.
iam from hyd and there service in recharge and also in delivering coupons are outstanding i recharged more than 50 times and evry time they deliver coupons as ordered within 4 days via first flight, and recently 500 rs was debited and recharge was not done and the refunded the same within 5 days and i am really satisfied and will continue free-charging
I recieved the coupons for the recharge that was done 8 days back. Cheers to freerecharge.in
got a mail from them saying they had issues with courier company so they are resending it via first flight
I am still waiting for coupons agst recharge done on 16th May. 
Mailed them twice on [email protected] but no reply. so thumbs down from me.

Normally I always receive it on time from freecharge within 2-3 Business days, however faced an issue once & informed them in detail about it.
They however took care of it appreciably & even the courie guy called me & confirmed details with me.

When I mailed them I didn’t get a reply.

I think, they are only sending vouchers to big cities.. and not to small cities or towns!

check my earlier post, I hadn’t recd vouchers for my order dated 16th May but one mail to kunal shah did the trick.
Recd my vouchers within 4 days of sending email.

Good news is that I got my vouchers my dropping an email to their customer care support and guess what?
They sent me an extra Rs.100 Shopper’s Stop voucher along with 2×50 Dominos coupons!

freecharge.in is good and always deliver the coupons.
Sometimes it is normal that the courier gets lost. In that case they
always resend the coupons once we complain.

i dont know much about the coupons because i have ordered very few coupons from them but all got delivered promptly
But particularly fo recharge without coupon,this is highly recommended because its very fast without any additional charge and if you enter invalid amount..you will get your money back automaticalllu…no need to contact anyone…im using vodafone but seldom i recharge on official vodafone site…
if our money gets blocked on official telecom sites,we dont know whom to contact….So Freecharge is the best for recharge without coupons

Free Charge is a very genuine site.
I did have my share of Dis-agreements with them , However Mr. Kunal Shah, CEO communicated well & resolved things amicably.

Can’t agree any more. I can understand. But no issues with recharge part. That they are good at for sure. But coupons? I can’t guarantee.
They sent me wrong coupons on many occasions. They actually think and act like they’re doing us some sorta favour or something. But I have been recharging without the coupon of late. Feels tension free!
