Freecharge has twice not sent me the coupons. They just say ‘Thank you for writing to Freecharge. Your mail is important to us. Now, just bugger off and contact the local courier office’ or something to that effect. They use a junk courier Firstflight who done have a webtracking. The local office phones of the courier are continuously busy. Email query sent from the website disappears into nothingness. If you sent email to the id given on the site, the standard answer is ‘ask the booking counter’, as if we all know where that is. One month after doing the phone recharging, this is what you get!
Can’t agree any more. I can understand. But no issues with recharge part. That they are good at for sure. But coupons? I can’t guarantee.
They sent me wrong coupons on many occasions. They actually think and act like they’re doing us some sorta favour or something. But I have been recharging without the coupon of late. Feels tension free!
