Guys, plzz share ur experiance of 99labels.com. Quality + Delivery time ??

They ship it very late. But that is okay not wrong as their mention on almost every page of their website that they will ship in 20 days after the deal closes.

They are good. I have purchased things from them they have delivered it nicely.

GO ahead and grab them

delivery will take 1-2 months.

I would rate them worst of the lot. Placed an order on 12th October. Haven’t shipped yet. Didn’t even receive any order confirmation mail after placing the order and making payment. I had bought a shirt and the interesting thing is when I go to my orders section in my account, it shows a Blue colour shirt, but when I click on order detail, it shows White colour shirt. I have myself forgotten by now whether I had placed an order for a blue shirt or white one.

Yeah me too….. 99labels is worst actually with their silly laborious procedures included.

Me tooo…. I ordered deodorants n t-shirt…. recently got deodorants they r good in shape n genuine … donno when they ship my t-shirt …..

I had placed 3 orders between 12 – 14 oct. All are shipped. It has been good to me till now.

And these arent the only ones.

99labels is good but addictive. I never miss to check the site daily.

I have received more than 30 orders so far with 1 only item canceled till date , so it seems they are
reliable as well.

Delivery is only drawback which takes 20-30 days for regular items and 10-12 days for
express delivery items.

Recently I am facing some problems with my referral bonus credits as some 600 credits went missing.
They replied to solve the issue soon. Seems some technical problems at there end and I am not so much worried.

dude…. if you want products in quick delivery then surely this is not a place for you or any one…. but if you want to buy genuine products with less prices(after applying few discount codes much lesser) and can wait for delivery then surely this is much much better place than other similar logic websites…..
the first product i bought from 99labels was some philips product 2 months back which i waited for almost 30 days… at that moment i thought i will never buy from 99labels again….. but now i have lot of orders with them because i can wait for some days and i like their products….

@chauhanparth – 20 is working days….so it will be around 30days with holidays….

Agree with mraj , you can trust them, placed many orders with them and i am delighted one i receive the order, bcoz the product received are genuine and at steal price.

you need to have patience, expect the product to reach after exactly one month.
Only issue with them is delivery time and the flat shipping charges per order 75

ordered a CASIO watch on 18th OCT ,got it on 4th NOV ,genuine product ,delivery time is an issue ,but worth waiting

timing 24 days(approx), quality is very good , packing is also very good

All i can say is worst delivery rules.

All are genuine products, and i ordered one teemper reversible shirt and mark taylor shirts and two copper shirts,

All are delivered , but they will take nearly 18-30 days to delivery.

Besides delivery in 20-30 days , I just experienced that they are not flexible with refunds
in case of canceled product.
Recently 1 of my item got canceled which was marked price at approx Rs.200 ( had free shipping
as ordered during diwali promotion )
They gave me the refund of the marked price in the form of 100% usable credits. I prefered refund
by cheque of the amount paid by me ( half of the marked price ) but they insisted that refund
will be only by 100% usable credits. I accepted just to close the matter fast ( as they said will take long time if I want them to send me a refund by cheque ) and since I have free
shipping allowed being a Club member now. But in case someone has to pay shipping charges , such small credits can be of no real use.

I am still very much fan of the site for it’s quality , prices and overall service.
Just wanted to bring this experience to other dimers.

I placed an order #99146900 and then the next day found it was not a better deal. I called them to cancel after two days, but they didn’t accept my cancellation. They had to pound on their twitter pages, finally they agreed to cancel and provide the refund to my bank account. I was following up for more than 20 days to get the refund. Later they told that the refund is done as credit in the 99labels account instead of bank account. And now i cannot use the voucher with it They I again pounded their twitter pages many times, they sent mail that in 3 days the credit will be done to my bank account. I had to again follow up for 30 days. Then finally I used some abusive language in the mail (no other way to get this done) and threatened that I will post the entire thread in online consumer forums, then to my surprise, the amount got credited to my account immediately. The next day I got a call that I will receive a free mouse as a gift. I replied that I don’t need one

Steps to follow in case of grievance:

1. Flood their twitter pages
2. Abuse them in their twitter pages
3. Contact these ppl if you get their contacts
