Hi guys,
I was looking at ordering a protein supplement, however, I was waiting for a good deal/offer. As such I used to check healthkart.com on a daily basis for offers/flavours which I wanted. One day I stumbled across a 10lb packaging of ON 100% whey on the website at a price of Rs 3509. I was pretty sure this is a pricing error like the one which we had seen in futurebazaar.com. I, however, took my chance and immediately ordered it on COD apprehending that my cash might be held up in case if they do not honour the purchase. I went a step further by manually confirming the COD order by calling their call centre.
To my surprise, healthkart.com shipped the product on the same day and provided me with the tracking number. I could not believe my luck and waited for the shipment to arrive and alas!! it came. I opened and found the 10lb pack of the product just right as I had ordered it.
Thumbs up to healthkart.com for honouring the purchase and delivering as promised irrespective of the pricing error when they could have easily cancelled the order.
This sure wins hearts of customers hands down!!

Well I am not lucky with the shipping thing with them. I have placed an order with them on 12 Nov and so far I have not received that..

i placed 2 orders, and both were shipped same day, shipped via AFL, and they are circulating it to all nearby cities, i see new city name everyday when i try to track the order.
it’s my pleasure dealing with them. shipment came in just 1 day. same day i got tata swach from same dtdc which was broker and damaged i ordered from tata swach online site. and when big names like tata cheated and ate my 1400 rupees, i got 15% diabities week deal for bp monitor, shampoos, some fairness creams and sanitary pads for wife.
also if someone wants 20% off coupon, he/she can pm me.
