the complaint was that i had ordered 4 quantity of pack of 2 toshiba pendrives but i have received only 1 pack of two. remaining 3 packs or i say 6 pen drives were missing .complaint was lodged on 24 September today is 20 october and everytime i call their customer care they said they will respond in 48 hrs but nothing is happening . please tell me hat should i do . i posted this problem on their facebook wall and these are the replies i got but still nothing is happening.
