Some website …says that Bajaj is the second best among racold, USHA, orient, Olympus, Crompton greeves. First place was given to Shivalik(dot know about the brand)…
So I want help from fellow dimers to suggest their views and share experiences??

Should a geyser be purchased online??
If yes, which one??
After sales services??

Hi Bro…

I have bought Bajaj Geyser..nearly one year back in ebay.in. The product shipped from Newdelhi to AndhraPradesh. The packing was proper. Mine is 25 liter’s capacity and it is working fine with out any issues till now. I can suggest Bajaj from my side. I heard service of Bajaj is good even.

Cheers
Rajesh

Bajaj 2nd best? I’ll be very surprised. The quality of their appliances in general is pretty poor! No idea about geysers in particualr, but I’d think twice. As for service, I’d say product quailty is a lot more important than the service. Selling bad product and giving good service (at a cost) is another way to make more money.

I have had a Racold geyser for the past 18 Years and it is still going strong. Only some minor repairs have been undertaken on it such as replacement of indicator LEDs and Power Plugs and I would like to tell you that this is the primary geyser of my house and is used every single day for about 100 litres of hot water. I would highly suggest Racold.

if you stay in a building with more than 8 floors and you are on the ground or 1st floor take bajaj chinese model majesty or shakthi or racold sphp if you stay in a house below 8 floors take copper tank geyser like shivalik, remson , elpar , thermoking or any copper tank water heater

the old racold you use for 18 years is copper tank geyser manufactured by racold appliances ltd. no it is made by racold thermo.
