Hi All

Recently bought a micromax mobile A110 from there website showing delivery would be within 3-4 days & the product is available.

So after buying & waiting for 3 days my order status was showing still in process.

Started trying there customer care number from last 2 days but no one answers that number just keeps ringing.

Today when i got pissed & went to there whole site again in order to find a esclation number found out the below details

I sent them an email & withing 20 mins i recivied a phone stating that product is not available & they are trying to process the order same & it might take till friday (Not sure again)

Cmmon if you donot have the product why in the site you showing the product to be available simply cheating customers.

Theres goes my plan to gift the mobile to my wife on her bday.

Never going back to this website & just trying to share my experience to rest of the world , I have cancelled my order & now lets wait & see how long they take to refund d money
