Hi,
On Jan 18th 2011, i saw a deal on koovs.com about an electric blankets and eager to buy it. I ordered it on that day itself. Still after 15days i didn’t got my order, so for enquiry i contact the website and they replied that my order is not applicable for that particular product which i select. Again i mailed them about replacement of my order which is applicable for that deal. But they didn’t responded me for that replacement. For that i asked them for my refund of amount but they are not at all responding for mails I feel that the website is scam and asking all of my friends not to order any of your deals in KOOVS.Com

Ordered a product from these guys. They took my money, never delivered the product I ordered an item from KOOVS (coupon: KV-27438246) and NEVER RECEIVED

Ordered a product from these guys. They took my money, never delivered the product. Have been sending numerous emails to these people but no response Some random number given on the website is always
busy or no one picks up.* Horrible company,* will never order anything from them. Also suggest that no one uses this company to order anything. they just take your money and make you go through the trouble of calling them up again with no response.

Very bad.. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my life. I had ordered a product from koovs.com and it has taken me ages but still no refund. There are many other better companies to
go with. Not sure if they are cheating people and keeping the money. There are so many people who have been frustrated from Koovs.com
Better go with other players like snapdeal, mydala, sosasta and dealsandyou.

i had never experienced koovs

there have been a few good reveiws also but all those are for coupons that cost Rs 20

Yeah! group buying sites always tend to kill the joy after paying them. I for one try to stay away from such offers from deal sites, at least not to the tune of a few thousands of Rupees. I trust letsbuy, futurebazaar, eBay.in,Infibeam, Flipkart, and sites like that but deal sites tend to “F” up one way or the other, mostly the shipping issues or the product genuineness.

So yeah buyer’s discretion is highly advised when dealing with group buying sites.

as per my view there are lots of negative reviews even for letsbuy and other sites also. we can file a case against the company if the company commit a fraud i think

they try to play gimmics once a month to get the cheap publicity.
the way they discount the products,
the same way the discount the prestige of netshoppers.
unki kathni aur karni me fark nahi hain,

they get cheap publicity like cut chai.

go for COD

As far as shipment is concerned, I’ve had no problems with Koovs.

I ordered the USB Card Reader, got it delivered the next day. However, had a problem with the product, it was damaged. They replaced it and got it the next working day as well.

When a product is Out of Stock or damaged or Undelivered during the time limits mentioned by them, thats when the website/company/customer service is tested. Their Trustworthiness, Reliability and Credibility is experienced.

I’ve ordered several products online from different websites like Letsbuy, Indiaplaza, GadgetsGuru, FutureBazaar, eBay, etc… however, KOOVS was the quickest of all.

A+++ from my experience so far.

Kage, I better copy that stuff and make it my signature line in bottom of my every post…..

In other internet forums that I’m a part of, we do have a choice to create a signature line that gets posted automatically in every post.

You just edit it in the profile settings and that’s it.

Mayyyn! You laugh like hell when you read some of their signatures man. That’s very cool actually.

For daily deals like restaurants etc etc its a great site. For electronics maybe not.

I have good experince with Koovs. My first shipment was physically dammaged. After informaing them I got New one.
Only customer support is very bad. You will receive the product but there will be no tracking details. only Customer support on their facebok site I find it better.
