Koovs.com: superb experience

me too received product today which is ordered on 15th night………….. nicely packed …..

i normally get most of the items for less price on others than koovs…….and it was my first purchase at koovs as 100 off coupon gave good discount on less priced items….

Then why have they given a fake customer care number? NoOne picks up.

Also I have ordered Enter USB Card Reader a few days ago. Didnt recieve any mail at all. No Shipping details. Nothing. No way to communicate. I dont trust this site.

@dealbuster : the tracking number wasn’t updated on my site too.. but i got it within 36hrs. as far as CC is concerned..it is completely genuine..had personally talked to the person myself… they have provided the timings when you can call them.. my best bet will be if you call them around 11 am- 1pm..

by the way when did u ordered your product….

same her bought usb card reader got in just 2days after order via bluedart and ordered sdhc card and got in 7 days, great service,really looking forward for more shopping and for coupons nad deals they are best, but had heard guys complaining about electronics purchases done with them

yup…same here heard too many complaints .
IMHO, if we inform them on facebook… they speed up their work..
I did this on my 2nd order..within an hour i got my tracking number…
