Koovs.com whether to buy or not ?? here goes the review and shopping experience !

Planning to buy something on koov.com (Koovs)?? If yes, Go through this thread before u proceed !
I decided to purchase a cellphone and luckily i found an interesting offer on koov.com, Then i glanced through the reviews regarding this website from various online shopping forums before i placed my order:
Pros:
- Gives mindblowing discount on branded and local products: True, Who else can give you samsung galaxy s2 for 25.5k ??
- Good interaction and information about your product on their facebook page (You can interact with them before you place your order).
- Product quality: They provide genuine products as quoted in their website.
Cons:
- Organisation: The customer care personnel doesn’t have exact info about your product but will try to convince you that you’ll get the product delivered in time.
- Delivery: Many of the online customers have faced problems in this regard i.e, Delayed shipping due to various reasons. In my case , I got my cellphone on the 10th day (I was supposed to get it within 7days)
- Shipping: Few customers have got damaged products but they have got replacement very soon. In my case, I was unable to track the shipping details with the docket nomber which i received from koovs.
- Professionalism: They have Rs.1 deal(Lucky draw) on samsung galaxy s2 and tabs, They have been extending the date since 2 months (The lucky draw is still on which was supposed to end on 31st august)
Ambiguous:
- Customer care: Though many users have written in various forums that koovs has pathetic customer care but in my case it was opposie, I used to contact them nearly thrice a day and use to get good response from them but some of the representatives will not know about your product details thoroughly. When i told them about the docket number issue,they asked me to wait for 2 days instead of solving the issue there ..yes, They are not at all professionals.. Luckily i got the product delivered withing those 2 days 
If you are planning to buy a branded product and you have no time constraints, go ahead with koovs but make sure that you are in touch with them through their facebook page and customer care…

I have bought some items from koovs and satisfied with it except delivery. ebay has spoiled me in this regard. i think koovs was started by someone from IIT.

i placed an order on 22nd sep and koovs shipped it on 29th sep… they kept their word… exactly on the 7th day as told 
One thing is clear that the koovs.com is NOT cheating the online shoppers but few consumers are not happy owing to the poor service provided by koovs
No don’t buy at KOOVS many people facing problem with koovs my close friend say me ordering in koovs I got the product in 10days but for him more than 20days still not received the product no proper answer from customer care or facebook..
Think twice before buying from this website
I have got all the items i ordered shipped within a week and delivered in time. All had proper invoice too. People who cant find the invoice try taking out the paper with the address written on it. Its nothing but the invoice when unfolded.
@ganthraj : Exceptions are not examples .. Things like this do happen with online shopping
