Koovs fake???

They haven’t given me 25% cashback after 1.5 months of placing order and now they have even stopped responding to my emails

Dear Sir,

I Amit Gupta who have ordered an Online product from Koovs website, non stick Pan, Pigeon company whose Order no is:KV-85412436

As the order placed is about more than a two month and till date there is no delivery of the product. Every time i speak to your customer support staff they

assure that the product is on the way for delivery, but due to many call attempts the product never reached. I had really a bad experience about this koovs online shopping experience

I also attached the PDF invoice copy of the product along with this mail, but no response

Fraud company…:(

Can’t say some of them had received products. I’m still waiting since from 5 days for my package. Their CC say it will ship soon.

They are working great and i felt their services and delivery speed very nice

Now its been 7 days from order and no word yet

They are really slow but they dont forget to ship lol

They are working fine. They just deliver my Shaving brush in 5 days..:-}
