Lets sue PAYTM (One97 Communications. ) for price error campaigns

I laugh @ people’s mindest & mentality while they dont know B of Business. they think these companies like paytm earn interest on the money we transact. so a msg to those douches. these companies/business have current accounts & bank dont pay any intesrt on current account. so before accusing & shi**ing first know a lil about business & banking.
these small price errors happen due to some new reps/new sellers. most of them are unintentional. if someone has such free time to sue, feel free but you will waste ur time & energy nothing else.

You are saying this price error is happening for the first time. You are not mature to know why this is being done each and every time for driving traffic to their website and making purchases. Cheating most of peoples happiness that they will get the product but they wont.

If you hadn’t considered me, you would not have responded. Price errors have been there since the time e-commerce started. Sometimes they honor it or compensate to maintain goodwill. In a market place, it is difficult to honor as it is seller dependent. When people make mistakes, forgive, forget and move on… not take them to task.

Then why do banks sue people if some people were not able to pay for the loan and interest. Why dont they forgive forget and move on?
Boss Paytm is a big responsible company and they need to take care of this issues at the initial stage. If they cant take care of these issues. They must not do business.

Oops! I did not realize PayTM had taken a loan from you and this price error was a repayment for that loan. You should DEFINITELY sue them and put them out of business, How dare they run a business if they can’t avoid price errors in data entry done by humans!

Yeah how dare they can have my money for few days? It is my hard earned money and I dont want to lend it to anyone without an agreement. It is very simple. Paytm sells product with commission and I buy the product from paytm website so I decide if I want the product or refund but not them . How dare they hire some humans like you keep doing mistakes always and justify they are the best in the world . If humans are prone to make errors Let there be someone or something to double confirm it.

If a coder makes error Let there be someone or something to check those errors. Simple . If the buyer who puts price for the product makes this error. Let him have a double confirmation check to verify if he mentioned the product price correct.

Where did I ever mention They are making interest with the money I give them. Whatever they are doing no one is profiting except them. They are getting heavy traffic seeing this price error for sure and they have our money and they refund it in their wallet so we can use paytm again. Nice Just think

I work in a bank. All the entries that we do in our system has to be verified by someone else (maker-checker concept). Although backed by 3 person (a third person checks daily reports) sometimes wrong entry is reported by the customer (eg. Money transferred to wrong account). Such claims are settled after investigation by making reverse entry.
Take your case as a person whose account is wrongly credited by bank for few thousand rupees. Later after realising the mistake the bank debited your account and transferred money to actual benificiery. Do you want to sue the bank for giving you temporary happiness for some time and then taking it back??

We all know that it would not be shipped .Paytm is not huge..order if yont get it leave it if you gets be happy..Simple

This just doesn’t happen each and every single time. This error can be easily rectified. Paytm replied it was the seller who made false price for the product. There must have been a double confirmation. My time was wasted. If paytm was not responsible for this The seller must be able to answer this.

How can this be related to someone sending my account some money. I payed for the product. They assured for sure they will deliver. These are false promotions and promises. Not like banks
