Received my keyboard, Purchase was made after a lot of search and thinking.
Why did I choose this one over other htpc/wireless keyboards/mouse ?
First thought was to get a wireless keyboard and mouse but mouse will give me hard time as most of the time i am in sofa or arm chair or bed. Yes this is the way it works to me. I cant sit down over a decent table to browse. Since mouse needs some decent ground to work it was ruled out. I am comfortable keeping laptop on lap and working most of the time. or lying next to it to keep doing few basic things. This keyboard has pretty much the same detail as laptop keyboard with track pad.
First Impressions was that this keyboard is pretty small. A bit uneasy at-least for first hour or until few clicks, keys are too close to each other, but once you get going all of them will fall in line. Its just that few keys are positioned differently.
Most of the shortcut/special keys work out of the box without much fuss or settings. I use MacOs and still surprised to see most of the keys mapped perfectly.
Keyboard works with 2AA batteries. Keyboard has a On/Off button to save power.
Range is pretty good, Tested over 20ft and works flawlessly, Unlike my eyes
Keyboard comes with a small usb dongle that can sit inside battery compartment when travelling, Good u dont miss this again
Keyboard can be placed vertical for storage. Sits nicely on shelfs without taking much space, stable enough, Right it does not fall down when fan is running over 5speed
Smaller Enter key, backspace. Shift in a different location
Usb Dongle along with extender
Top Left corner has a key which is actually a left click for mouse. Very useful, Probably one of the most used key going forward. Excellent idea.
Runs on 2AA.
Special keys works fine
To Compare size with a standard laptop, in image is a t430 lenevo
To Compare track pad sizes
Can stand vertical
Place to keep dongle during travel
Most imp, Works fine to check DD on huge screen

Karma For Ur Effort…….:-)
nice review ,
Thanks for the review. I bought this at Reliance Digital for Rs. 2,349/
Here is my review/opinion on this
+ Pros
==
- Very sleek/compact
- Connects instantly to the machine to which the dongle is inserted.
- Works with XBox as well.
- Range is very good (as mentioned by OP)
- This keyboard does not have many special keys (like media, browser keys) but installing the software from Logitech website gives you some level of customization like assigning tasks to FN + F1 to F11
- Cons
==
- Multi-point touch for scrolling is not very smooth. You may get disappointed because of this.
- The Home/End/PageUp/PageDown navigation keys require pressing FN key which may be inconvenient at times.
- Sme important keys are small or placed oddly so it may take some time to get familiar.
- The keyboard does not have any LED indicator which will help in knowing if the battery is dead
- I have not tried but it may not connect to smartphones since this is not a bluetooth keyboard unless the phone takes in the provided USB.
Overall its a good keyboard and there are not many alternatives available that I know of.
Hope this helps.
