I was trying to recharge my Tata Sky DTH account with Rs. 1000. However, after entering the data in the transaction page, the mobikwik page showed the transaction as failed. I thought since the transaction failed, the amount wasn’t debited from my account. So I tried again, 3 more times to be exact.
And then I checked my balance only to find Rs. 4000 deducted from my account! Also I failed to note down the transaction ID. Please please help me out with this. What should I do now? I’ve already filled up the complaint form on their website.
