Hello Guys,
Just want to save you from this website operated by a bunch of Thieves and Fraudsters.
I registered on Mobikwik.com on Nov 27 via email id sahilrana1443[at]gmail[dot]com, added 20,000 rs in my mobikwik wallet amount, as i frequently recharge mine and my family mobile numbers. I hate to pay via my debit card every-time i want to recharge, also paytm has limited the use of Paytm cash only 5 times per day, So trusting mobikwik i added this amount into the wallet.
Next morning i could not access my account. I wrote to them, they replied back that Payment Gateway has doubted over the transaction, and i will have to submit some Photo Id Proof, I submitted the proof immediately.
Mobikwik Ticket ID is 107115
Did not got any reply, Called them on their number. The guy picked up and said that issue will be resolve very soon, but it did not happen.
So wrote them an email on Dec 5 but again did not got any reply.
Also posted it on their Facebook page, but no response at all. It seems they just want to sit on my money and does not care about my queries.
Friends dont loose your hard-earned money on such type of UN-reliable sites,

I mean approach to higher authorities or else u have the option of charge back by the help of Bank
kabhi kabhi recharge amout wallet se dedect ho jata hai but mobile recharge nai hota hai

Sorry to hear about abt this . Actually same problem happened with me when i added 5000 to my Mobiwik account …I too like u hate to pay via cards again and again , so they did the same with me
Now what u have to do is to provide a screenshot of bank statement along with a id proof they will verify and so after that u will b able to check ur account …But this procedure will also take atleast 5-7 days

Hope by doing this u will b able to get out of this
P.S – They never did asked again till now so i guess this might b a one time verification for big value transactions
