Hi, this is satvik bansal from kurukshetra(haryana) ! i had ordered a Dell XCD 35 phone from tradus.in ! I received the phone from Bluedart today at 1:15 pm….After payment i opened the box there itself(at bluedart centre) i saw that the phone box was not sealed and there was no battery in the box….after contacting customer care, i was asked to send snapshots of Invoice ! so here they are ,i want this matter resolved today itself….or i am registering a case of fraud and theft against tradus,ibibo group and govind electronics(vendor)at Udupi Police Station…and since my father is a lawyer ill have no problem in opening a case in a court of law

Dude, are you new to online shopping?
Today you have received your shipment and today itself you wish to lodge a case against them.

Give them a chance to redeem themselves. Its a good thing that your dad is a lawyer and he can help you in these legal matters but ask yourself, is it wise to use your trump card straight away?

Always remember, while talking with any customer care executive, be polite atleast for the first few times. More polite you are, the more it will help your case. If you call them and start talking about lodging FIR, you might as well have to purchase the battery yourself for your phone.

You seem to be quite impatient, and if so, offline shopping is the one for you.

@satvik1997 You have every right to be angry /disappointed, why such thing had happened to you, after paying Rs. 8745/- you expect to be trouble free experience.

Send an email with all the details they have asked, also post your complain facebook/twitter. email everyday asking status of your complain.

Hope your complain will be will be resolved soon.

he have a lawyer…n he stil does not how to go with the issues..!! go n register complain in court without giving a chance to seller to sort out a issue..
