Ordered MP3 Player on 17th Nov almost at 12.05am and its been 7 days, still it has not been shipped

Called on 21st and asked when it will shipped. A lady replied that it will be shipped 2moro..

Called tdy once again and got same reply… Due to some issues unable to ship, it will be shipped 2moro..

Still don’t have hope that they will ship it

I too am not a big fan of their website.. Ordered a “police” torch for Rs. 100. The description mentioned that it would be shipped with a supplied battery but that didn’t come along. Anyways, I didn’t bother since those AA batteries are so cheap, so didn’t follow up. But with just my first order, I am very skeptical of the website. Any other experiences guys?

They had shut down for some time a few weeks ago. And restarted after a couple of weeks. I had placed an order before they shut down. Now it cannot be traced. None of the numbers or mails they had on their site at that time, work now. The new support system is to fill an online form which does not accept the old order number. So, that money paid for the order is as good as stolen! Scum! Frauds! Handle with care!
