never go to star cj for shopping..

I gave an order on star cj for a Dell laptop 1550 with price tag of Rs 29,999/-. It is informed me over phone by star cj customer care representative that this latop is comming with 4 free products: a hp printer, a speaker, a 4 gb pendrive and some gift vouchers. When I asked more about printer it is informed me that it is a 4 in one printer and can do scan, copy, print and photo print. I gave order for this product specially after knowing that printer is having 4-in one function. I gave preferance to paying online for this product but it was not got succeded because they did not inform me on first time that only credit card will be worked. Therefore, I again requested to them to change the payme nt mode as COD. On my request they changed the payment mode and gave a new order number (20120213026318) this time as they cancelled the earlier order and placed the same order again wiht COD option. But when I received the order I found that printer is not a 4in one option and having only print function. I contacted immediately star cj and lodged a complain with them. Some days later they contacted me and told that since we found by the recorded conversation with you that wrong information was given to you by our customer care representative but as this was informed to you by our representative at the time of your first order which is got cancelled so we can’t help you in this matter. Dear readers now I think you got the amount of cheating by star cj as they are again falsifying the facts. First of all I requested to change the payment mode not the order and if they have a process to change the order number with changing the paymnet mode then what I have to do with this as it is not my bussiness it is their process and moreover, I chosed the product on the information given by the customer care representative on my placing the order at the time of chosing online payment as a payment option. Later I just requested to change the payment mode for the same product and there is no question to confirm the things again for the same products. So, dear readers take a preventive measures and do not give order on star cj because if your some products may be delivered in right way to you but who knows that when you will be cheated by them.
