Hi,

I have ordered one Redmi 1s on 21 October. Still I haven’t recieved it.

I called their customer care 3 times in past few days. They are telling they misplaced the item somewhere coz of Diwali holidays and their logistics is completely down and they can’t track where the item is.smile

They told on monday that they raised a ticket for this. Today they are telling the ticket is not yet processed. It may take 3-4 days to process the ticket and get the things settled. Means I may get the item by end of next week. After 3 weeks of purchase.

I asked for a escalation desk number or email id, they are not ready to give.

I made a purchase from flipkart firsttime ever and this is the experience.

They are giving false promises to customers and cheating them. They act like police officers when I call the customer care.

Call them up and tell them to transfer the call to laxman…he is the supervisor… he will surely help you out..!!!

Well, I have had very bad experience with ecom itself, they had one of my packages in the local office for 5 days, after which I had to complain and get it delivered. Most packages from ecom take atleast 3-5 days longer than noraml.

With flipkart team:

I told them to transfer call to supervisor – NOT ACCEPTED

I told them to give a escalation number or email id – NOT GIVEN

with Ecom:
I tried calling ecom customer care – They are not picking up even after waiting 10 minutes on call.
