Paytm.com is an onine site to do the recharge of various operators. i was using this website from almost 6-8 months.I have recharged many times and got instant recharge. paytm have two modes of recharge
means you can do special recharge or topup you dont have to go to retailer to do a tariff recharge since they have implemented this feature i was very happy to see it that i don have togo to retailer to do a special recharge but they just messed up with this function!! many times i have recharged a topup and they had recharged it with special mode and i have got some pack activated. i have raised ticket and expected response as usual but for my surprise they not responded even after weeks and months . i have also ignored many times assuming that there may have some tectical issues and they fix it soon. One day i done many recharges on paytm some of my own numbers some recharges for my Relatives i have noted this time that they have not giving instant recharge . so i have to wait for about 30- 60 minutes to get recharge sms but many of the numbers recharged with topup mode andy many of them recharged with special recharge with 0 balance and though amount was same and the topup mode was selected there. When i checked my BSNL mobile which i recharged with 1100 rupees denomination i have not received any recharge . i have checked order history under my account i was shocked to see that all recharges was successful there.So again i have submitted a complaint ticket waited 3 days 4 days 5 days but no response!! many time sent mail to [email protected] but no response except “ticket created” i have also commented on their facebook page and begged to rectify my problem but they have simply deleted my comments from their wall. and till now have not got any response from their end and i am feeling cheated i am very disappointed and frustrated that why i have done online recharge i have lost my money and i am left with no option except repenting Never recharge from paytm.com they just fooling customers by claiming that they are providing coupons worth Rs. 3000- 4000 along with every recharge those coupons are pretty useless and they are just protecting themselves that they have already given coupons more than paid value . So i never suggest anyone to go with any high denomination recharge with such sites like paytm OTW you will also left crying with empty hands and no one will be able to listen you. {{only you can try them if any useful coupon available there with a lesser amount OTW a big no from my side to paytm specially never recharge with high denomination}}
