Pepperfry.com Review

not sure of now….but they sent through speed post earlier which i received empty packages….
the ones sent by bluedart are received in good condition….!!

raised many complaints… through all their customer care channels….every time they say they will get back in 24 hours…common reply… but no resolution…

websites reputation depends on these kind of issues faced….. even koovs and seventymm also comes under the same category….. if you received your product in time and in good condition then its fine… else rest in peace….

koovs has not been sending one of my product from past 3 months….. every time i call them the same reply….it will be shipped in 24 hours…. but the products i placed after that order i received them fine…. only god knows about the missing products…. i deal only with low cost products with koovs though…!!
the same with pepperfry too…..!! only once you face any problem then you will see their real face….

I too had placed 2 orders with them both of which were shipped within 2 working days and 1 was shipped by quantium courier and the other one by delhivery. So all in all I am satisfied still don’t have any qualms with them

i am taking the trouble to attach the pics, which he is adamant to ask ?

but tell me who will compensate me for the taking the trouble to shoot the pics

and to our harrasment you need the proof, will it be better to post the proof

my daughter in 3rd standard understand the manufacturing defect, but Prateek is unable to

I think you are operating on the high level and wants to earn the cheap money of NRIs or
HIGH FLYING EXECUTIVE, who dont mind the high and jacked up prices by you.
neither they want to complain you or have the time.

Either you dont deserve the company of Value of Money segment, who
have hard earned money to spent logically and emotinally, not lavishly.
or you dont want to conentrate the budget segment, so you dont want to cater us.

But mind you, i will not spare you and lodge the case in consumer court and
online consumer court,,

Barood bhai you are right. Ye NRIs aur millionaires ka paisa lootna chahte hain, tabhi apni website par handicrafts aur rajasthani items etc display kiye hue hain teen guna price mein. Roz kehte hain “Sir we shall get back to you within the next 24 hours.” Pta nahi kab inke 24 ghante ayenge. Agar iss week ke khatam hone tak meri complaint resolve nahi ki to mai to consumer court mein daal dunga case.

For me Pepperfry rocks !! Placed 6 orders in 1 month. All shipped in time and still great discount. They CC is awesome and that too Toll Free

Good experience for me too till now..Initially I was in two minds to buy on their site, after reading ppl’s experiences here.. But decided to take a plunge with the 300 off 500 offer. It was a pleasant surprise.

My 2 cents:
1. Superb packaging… Reflects they are intending to establish their name in e commerce.
2. Good Initial (launch time) discounts.. like Bestylish.com, craftsvilla.com.. hope they donot bring the service down later after the initial bang,like letsbuy or koovs.
3. Seems like they are setting up their business. Thats the reason for the bad reviews initially. Hope they iron out the glitches soon.Can see some decent reviews coming out albeit very bad reviews initially.

Cons:
1.Tracking the shipment was a hassle.
2. Website needs to be improved. definitely, no where close to some of the best shopping website browsing experiences.

After reading too many complaints , I never bothered to visit this site.
But thinking now to try them out
