Wanted to share my horrible experience with pepperfy.com I had ordered the Aquafresh Water filter (RO+UV) but I was dispatched filter (only RO) of another brand . I immediately called up there call center before accepting the courier . They asked me to accept the courier and promised me refund of money and asked me to send photos of the wrong shipment which I did within minutes.
Since then I have been suffering. They were least bothered about rectifying their mistake dispite accepting it .
After several calls, they asked me to dispatched the pack by courier. For that they asked me to take the heavy pack to courier company get estimate of cost of courier , then call them and get approval , then only they will approve Rs 100 only as courier charges. That was really harrasing. It was only when I thrashed them on phone, they agreed on reverse pickup within 4-5 days. That was on 13th of August 2014.
Finally , on 22nd aug, I received call that it will be picked up tomorrow. I waited for whole day leaving all other work, even called them several time, but they everyone was indifferent whether it was transport coordinator, the pickup guy or call center. The pickup truck was hardly 3 km away from my home but still he didnt came dispite promising me. When I called their call-center , he is response was “ok.. I am dropping a mail as a favour to you because i never mail anyone And someone will respond you in 24-48 hours”. 24-48 hours is their standard statement after which they dont do anything.
I fail to understand when they can deliver packet in 2 days why they cant pick it back in so many days. I am feeling they are just passing time with no intention to refund the money. I will keep you updated as things move on.
