Redmi 1s repair experience

Touch stopped working because of your mistake or just like that. If it stopped working on its own doesn’t it come under warranty. Lumia520’s screen replacement costs the same so I’m not surprised at the price and in fact I feel its decent charge because of better screen when compared to 520.

I had put phone for charging in night and forgot it and disconnected in morning. and in morning found that only touch not working, phone starting properly, volume button also working properly. i think some time by mistake 7-8 hours charging should not be issue.

how is it his mistake? and with use of just one month how can touch stop responding?

If you have paid for the screen, you made mistake.

Ofcourse it should cover under warranty if it was not physical damaged or rooted.

and 45-90 days is not reasonable time.
If i would have complained to FlipKart on same day(on 29 days of purchase), they could have replaced with new product. but i called after two days and it Flipart have policy to replace within 30 days only. so my bad luck

inferior hardware…. this has to be taken to next level …..dont leave warranty services…..

i read all the comment here and feel pity for those who just think that this guy is jerk, actually it is all about their service, if these guys are nt willing to give u warrenty then they will never.. crux of matter is keep in mind before buying that there service is not good.

Read the comments and the post. First of all I want to say that Redmi 1s was being sold at very negligible prices as compared to other phones. Users must understand that a company cannot sell phones in such low rates until it has got some technical issues. We raised the bar of the mobile company by purchasing it in bulk. After that, security issues were raised on the company. Better stop purchasing the mobile phones and go for the best companies. Doesn’t matter if it is a bit costly.
