we all know why it is no. 1 company and most reliable in INDIA

nokia has best customer service
it has nokia care in nearly all the cities
where nokia priority give you mobile
nokia care can solve any problem you got within a minute
no matter where ever you are….just give them your mobile and get it all solved

so if i would rate it
i give 9.5/10

plzz leave reveiw for HTC,LG atleast

Nokia care resolves the issues quickly for known issues and low end models…

they have the worst servicing ever for servicing high end mobiles…. some people over there don’t even know how to open the mobile….. a mobile of mine is damaged because of their poor customer service….. its worth 15K… and they are never ready to replace the mobile…. no proper escalation process of issues also……

infact the same applies to any service centre…….

oh!! but they provide better service than other
atleast they have nokia care everywhere

so if this is the case why do we look for manufacturer warranty
we can go for seller warranty …may be that would be an better option

if you buy with a manufacturer warranty….. atleast you have some faith , that they will solve it for you for free and you can trust them….

but if you buy with seller warranty….. if the next day if you have issues by any chance, you are almost DUMPED….

but in case you have a HTC or BLACKBERRY branded mobile or tablet
which you certainly purchased online

i dont know what exactly were you expecting …..!!!

incase of problem….!!

if you have manufacturer warranty – give it to service center and wait till they resolve it……..
if you have seller warranty – wait till you get any response from the seller……
if you have no warranty – sit at home relaxed and buy a new one from online again by checking offers in desidime…. :P

Regarding nokia, when you are not in warranty they will give you astronomical bills
