Hello Dimers,
I have buy an Flipkart voucher worth 10k in 9k from sabkadukan.com on 9th november which was delivered to me on 16th november, after many calls and mails. and further the voucher sent to me was an deactivated voucher. I tried to contact them many times but they have closed their customer support number after which i have sent many emails, none of which was replied by them. I contactacted flipkart also for that to intimate about such an cheat and take the matter on their part and requested them to stop sabkadukan such nuisance against customers but they first told me that they have esclated the matter to their concerned team but later denied to take matter reasoning ita as a third party matter.
Now sabkadukan is not answering my mails and flipkart has denied to help me
I want senior dimers to help me and suggest me what to in this case.
I have already sent a legal notice to sabkadukan.com and intiating case against them in consumer court.
I also wanted to know that can i also take any action against Flipkart in this matter.
somemeone also suggested me to make complain to cyber police, can i do so.
Please dimers help me so that they can’t cheat anyone else.

mera 36000 fasa hai bro agar delhi ncr mei rehte ho to inke office chalte hai mujhe refund ka mail aaya hai lekin paisa kab vapis aayega kuch nahi keh sakte ye fraud company hai hai. PM me or whatsapp me REMOVED. We should take some action against this fraud company.

I visited their office address also company is there but there is only one person running the company jo khud vahan nahi tha. 1 chhota sa office le rakha hai company ne bass jahan aur bhi offices hai. We need to take some action else our money gone

Bhaiyo ab ye complain bhut logo ki aa rhi h, mujhe bahut dimers ne pm bhi kia h that they are facing same problem.

had contacted Razorpay they told to send them email for the issue and they have already got many complaints against Sabkadukan website and their legal team is already working and they have promised they will provide the amount back
