I am a regular online buyer…and many times do shopping online…I joined Desidime as it gives you an opportunity to have good deals online….Thanks to Desidime…
I want to warn regular buyers who buy most of the stuff online….Do not place an order on PEPPERFRY…this guys are fraud…I would say this…
When you will make a call to their toll free number…you would be very lucky to be picked in some seconds…In general you will have to wait for at least 7 to 10 minutes…They have hired people with good communication skills to impress customer…
But where is the customer service…I have never ever seen any online site to take so long to deliver the product and funny thing is that when you call them on the last day (the day when you should have already received the product as per their commitments)…they actually have no update on the order..
This seems to be really bad they way they are making customers fool ?
I have not personal problem with PEPPERFRY but I just want to warn those people who want to buy stuff from such sites that have no commitments towards the services that they are providing…
Guys I am sending you live reply…those people who are saying that PEPPERFRY is good, I doubt on their comments…I have been shopping online since last 10 years but such a lazy and late reply, I have never seen…Look at the reply below…

So far ppfy has been gud to me. Delivery within 7-10 days.
I had very good experience with pepperfry. They have even paid penalty of 500 when the ordered item worth Rs40 was out of stock. Generally, the despatch and delivery are quicker. They look to trying their best to improve the services.
Pepperfry is the Best Site..!! And i will tell every1 to purchase the product and make the benefits using the coupons because the products they give is 100% genuine….!! n i am with Pepperfry !!:-D

Even I had bad experience with pepperfry. I made the mistake of ordering a nebulizer that had MAX 7 days shipping. Everytime I called the support guys and requested to ship it fast, they said they will expedite shipping, but nothing happened. Since it was taking too long, I had to purchase one from local store since I needed it urgently. When I asked support to cancel order and refund, they said refund will be only in form of pepperfry coupons – that is toooo bad. Finally they shipped 13 days after I placed the order. They use dehlivery for courier, It has been 7 days since status shows as shipped. Now status on tracking says it is out for delivery. So if I get it today, it has taken 20 days from order placement to delivery.
Compare it to flipkart. Most items get delivered the next day.
But remember Flipkart is no more providing cheap prices, they are too expensive, but PP gives you the max discount.
I am completely with PepperFry, They are BEST and no one can give you such discounts and offer, its my experience after shopping nearly 45 time.
PEPPERFR ROCKs 
I had good opinion of Pepperfry but the last few months have been losing respect and the final nail in the coffin was cancelling my order of earphone. I purchased skullcandy earphone from PP on 27.11.12, received a mail on 5.12.12 requesting for time extension and finally order was cancelled on 10.12.12 saying that they are out of stock.
I am ok with the cancellation but totally unhappy with their refund policy. They have refunded through pepperfry points and the worst part is it is valid for only 15 days and to add salt to injury, the earphones are still on sale.
Even I support pepper fry.I have lost count of how many products I have got from them at 50% off…. mostly cosmetics for my mom and sister.They are all happy with the products. they just lag a bit on delivering products but why should I have a problem when I am getting so much of discount and that too on branded products?
+1 for pepperfry for the discounts they offer.
