Shopclues giving fake perfumes

Hi i recently purchased one Hugo Man by Hugo boss 100ml perfume on shopclues.com , there was a free gift of Railph Lauren perfume also with it free so i purchased as it was a very reasonable price of rs 1500 only but to my horror the send me a cheap packing fake hugo boss bottle and on the packing it was menioned FANCY collection And EAu DE FABRIC. 100 ML. AND TH E FREE GIFT RALPH LAUREN WAS ALSO FAKE PACKING.
I mean these are international brand their packing and bottles are not like cheap perfume bottles.
on the complaint raised the shopclues people just send me mail that the product you ordered is the product you delivered and we can help you with this.
Please help

Best you can post on facebook etc hope something can happen
I only buy cheap things from shop clues for perfume you can check snapdeal etc or go to shop or custom free duty shops
