SHOPCLUES HORRIBLE SERVICE AND SENDING DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCT

I too had a bad experience with Shopclues team. I ordered portable blower, which is totally a under quality product. As soon as I opened the package, took a preliminary trial, I understood this is delhi Ullasnagar product and claimed my money return on basis of poor manufacturing… they bluntly refused to take return…One should avoid buying from Shopclues

Tested and reviewed:

Shopclues is very good for Sunday flea market and jaw dropping deals only

1) Do not buy anything more than Rs.100 per deal.
2) Buy small items like food products, tooth paste etc.

I have no negative feedback.

What u hv done after??
I got a bulb damaged in 3 bulb pack
send photo to them
they return my money and rest two bulbs are not collected.
Second time bought 42 led emergancy lidht in which i got a crack on product
send photo to them they send my money beck and apologies for trouble
said we will not take return
enjoy the prodcuct if its usable.
I m still using it.

Bought Medimix Neem facewash from Fakeclues.

The product smelt like ACID instead of NEEM. Used it to clean wash basins :-p

Hey I recommend all of u to not buy costly items from ShopClues..They deliver damaged products and how harder u try ,they never take it back. I only buy item like soap,oil and the items which have very less chances of damaged..
