ShopClues, How greedy can you get?

Shopclues customer support wont care to reply and would ensure you get frustrated, later when they would reply they would say sorry blah blah…and would credit your account with LOO bucks, they wont take any action against seller and next time seller would rip someone else.

Shame on shopclues
They have no control over their sellers and when you complain they will blame the seller for everything!
First duplicate products and now this…
Does the toothbrush pack have any contact details of NGO/Agency that planned to distribute it free? If yes then inform them too.

You are all talking about shopclues. What about dimers who were happy to receive “Not For Sale” handwash and diapers at very cheap rates from mginger and give a positive review on that too?

The pack has the address of the company, not NGO. I intend to write to them after I hear from Shopclues. I should also be able to find out the address of the importer. If any one knows, please let me know.

I am not looking for a refund or other compensation.

Stealing from children is an act not to be condoned.

Its made in Switzerland. I have been using their products over the last two years. Somewhat expensive but very good.

Jaw dropping deals, all products remains in their possession , shopclues charges for packing and all, so it was in shopclues knowledge before they ship it, so its shopclues fault more than sellers

haan to Swiss logo se chheena na. humare desh ka waise bhi bahut maal unke pass hai. apne desh mein baccho ka niwala lootne wale waise hi bahut hain. most of the money in social service reform work by govt goes to administrative and lower division workers. fir almost 15% to school ki jagah kaam pe jaate hain aur hotel ka chotu ho ya bus stand pe raju, red light pe books bechne wale ho ya general store mein kaam karne wala, do we really care? shopclues kar bhi kya lega.

I sent them a reminder a couple of days ago. Will wait for another 2-3 days. Then this will go to the company and the distributor. If you know of any other forum where I can put this, let me know.

Further to the above, I wrote to the company in Switzerland. They forwarded my message to their importer/distributor. The distributor wrote to me that they have been importing Trisa products since 2005 and this the first case of this kind. They also said that they have been distributing large numbers free of cost through NGOs and other institutions and have never charged for any of these.

They will be looking into this and will have this stopped. I have been promised to be informed of further developments. Let us see what happens.

Meanwhile, the item is still available at the website.
