Last week I placed an order on shopclues dot com for the first time. Check this out…:shock:

This is what I got delivered

I immediately called shopclues customer care and they instructed me to request a return with photo proof, which I did. I chose “shopclues does the pickup” option.

Anyone have any experience with shopclues sending wrong products or their after sales return services?

A positive update from shopclues CC:

They don’t want to pickup the watch, no need for that. Im not surprised because that’s definitely one very ugly watch they sent me.

Meanwhile, refund has been initiated in the form of “Clues Bucks”. Looks like I’ll be placing another order. Wish me luck
