I had ordered for a TV on 06 Oct 14 vide order no 3028776500 and it was informed to me that same has been dispatched to me on 08th oct by blue dart couriers.
However it seems Snap Deal gave me wrong info as the item never reached to me even after 15 days and when i confirmed from courier company they told me that AWB number is invalid and they have not received any item from snapdeal for delivery.
I made so many calls to customer care and posted my complaint on twitter as well, but they always come up with a reply that my complaint has been escalated and they will resolve the issue but they never told me whats the problem and why the item delivery has been struct up. They kept telling me that your item will be delivered as early as possible and changed the scheduled delivery date twice. The no which they gave for tracking kept showing invalid.
now they have sent me a mail y’day that item could not be delivered because of courier issues, however Courier company is denying this, so its obvious that they were telling lies and have kept my money blocked with them. in yesterday mail they told me that they will refund my money when they get the item back from courier company, Now only God knows how much more time they will take.
Now in continuation of their comedy of errors, they have sent one more mail to me that my product will be shipped to me in 2-3 days, now i m really getting disturbed by this kind of service from Snapdeal, i really wish i cud teach them a lesson so they never harass a customer again
