Snapdeal is trying to fool the customers

*I ordered the laptop Toshiba C-50 AI1011 but they delivered C-50 AI001A. The laptop which I ordered was under 3 year warranty scheme and the laptop I got has only 1 year warranty.
Please do not pay snapdeal with COD. I have made a mistake.
Also better buy from a local dealer.
Please insist on tax invoice from snapdeal. Most of their dealers are not giving tax invoice, it may create problems of warranty etc.
I have really suffered dimers beware

raise issue to snapdeal customer care. take screenshot of product and have it for your records. send them email to senior authority. if this doesn’t help, go to consumer court.

Actually, unlike FlipKart(WS Retail), Snapdeal doesn’t stock the products. It has various sellers selling the products. So it’s always safe to first check the seller’s past reviews and then buying the products. And yes, there are some really stupid sellers out there.

PS: I don’t blame you guys, even I had a bad experience with Snapdeal, just telling you that although there are some bad sellers, there are some good sellers with some great deals too.
