I RECENTLY ORDERED WASHING MACHINE FRONT LOAD OF LG WORTH 35000 AFTER ALL DISCOUNTS, BUT THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER AFTER KEEPING MY MONEY FOR 15 DAYS AS I KNEW IT BEFORE THEY ARENT CAPABLE OF ANY THING AND HAVE BAD CUSTOMER CARE WHEN IT COMES IN COMPARISION TO FLIPKART

I ORDER MANY PHONES FROM SNAPDEAL BEFORE I ALWAYS GOT THE IMPORTED PRODUCTS INSTEAD OF ORIGINAL PRODUCTS WITH MRP LABEL.

I ordered LED 2 lamps and they cancelled my order without giving proper justification.

And ordered back massager which I found already used some one since the wrinkles was clearly shown. After complaining they refused to take back. Not sure how to escalate.evil

I ordered for a Philips LED, and a WiFi Router. Both were delivered as commited and in perfect order.

Trust its all to do with sellers, and Snapdeal as a website has little control over it.

Beware ! Snapdeal is taking its customer for ride. Their “Trustpay” is a farce, in the name of “trust” snapdeal is cheating unsuspecting customers. 3rd Updated expected delivery date is over with no sign of delivery in sight.

Snapdeal is not only unethical but shameless too… They dont know the meaning of “apology” Inspite of multiple posts on their facebook page they dont take any positive actions but tell sheer lies and apologise profusely. What is the meaning of such apologies when they cannot act on their words ?

They cant deliver and not ready to cancel as well.. order no. 3093476921, placed on 9th october, The product has lost its value for us.

As on today, the tracking site of their courier partner shows the last update on 15th October and the product is neither delivered nor updated about all this while.

Trustpay policy says 100% moneyback guarantee if “Not delivered in 10 days after shipment” please calculate and ascertain that how many days have lapsed since 11th october (the date of shipment) http://www.snapdeal.com/info/T…ay

Doing great disservice to customers in particular and ecommerce in general !

Multiple issues that you can investigate for yourself :

1. Snapdeal does not have online chat option.
2. Snapdeal does not have toll free number.
3. When you try to contact snapdeal over a phone, first you will be put on hold for good 10-15 minutes and when answered either their systems are down or they apologize and promise to respond in next 48 hours (and it is never reverted to)
4. When you contact them using mails/facebook the only thing that they do is Apologize and the assurance that they will resolve it in next 48 hours(and it is never reverted to).
5. They conveniently hide the comments that you make on the facebook page (sometime comment count shows 100+, but you will be able to say 4-5 posts only as per their convenience).

In all there is nothing like “customer care” existing at all, as long as they are undercutting the market giving deep discounts (burning investors money) they may survive, after that their is only one way to go i.e. DOWN

I agree, it is your money, whether you put it in drain or use it wisely is solely your own decision.
Think 100 times before ordering from scamdeal.

Facing same issue .I have order pioneer car dvd just because its cheaper than 1000-1200 bucks from the local retails. Now i am regretting – my hard earn money stuck for more the 12 days . seller provided some fake tracking id and according to courier company the tracking number does not exists. Can Somebody help me out!

though snapdeal lost its reputation, some dimers still support it and those deals become fpd also.In addition to that, if anyone like me questions the credibilty of snapdeal, they start making fun.i think some people are being paid by snapdeal to post its deals.All those high value Tv deals become fpds no matter who buys it and who honours the warranty.

well buddy every ecomm company has 100s of complaints. site like fk failed even amazon its services with gati n fedex is under shambles.

need to take the pain, if u want predatory pricing. but u can alwayz opt for legal route if cheated
