**The Best site to make purchases online**

My Online shopping, it all started in September last year(though i was using using various websites for air ticket and movie ticket booking) and my first purchase was with ebay though i had registered with ebay some 2 years ago..it was the discount coupons which attracted me to the website… and after making my first purchase and receiving the product in good condition..i started building trust in online purchase …

For me its have been mixed one, but with below 3 stores i have placed maximum orders.
Saved many bucks with tradus (HDFC 10% off was the best)…Tradus is following a foot steps of ebay..

Letsbuy rcom and icici offer rocks, their discout coupons attracts customer and those offers are irresistable, which forces customers to buy from them..

Yebhi placed around 50 orders, never faced any issue except with backpack and lotto flotters(purchased at 60 ;-))

No one else contributing ?

I too feel the best one to go for is eBay.in

The Paisapay protection system is what gives me peace of mind and assurance of quality.
They also come up with discount coupons/freebies every now and then.
Never faced any sort of issues yet.
The million number of products to choose from is again a big plus.

A close competitor according to me would be Letsbuy.com

Extremely low prices for most of the products and never ending discount coupons.
100% Genuine products with manufacturer’s warranty.
Unlike few members here I would say I am rather very much satisfied by their customer service.
They have never asked to send the product back in case of any issues, rather arrange a lightning fast courier pick-up from home.
They have given me proper compensation in one case where the product went out of stock. I have not even called them once. Just communicated through email.

About this part, from my personal experience of shopping with Infibeam, I guess they have an excellent packaging & delivery commitments, especially books. They are fine to deal with but the others i.e Fetise, BIT,99labels, they are next thing to frauds, ghaplaa hona sure hai boss. Especially bag ($h)it today! I’m amazed guys think of buying from them even today, they have been frauds ever since they started business, it was never meant to be a legitimate business. So better stay away from these & stay guilt free!

My online shopping started in 2nd week of April, the day I joined Desidime.com.

My experiences for various sites till today -

HomeShop18.com- Excellent. Have placed 52 Orders in last 2 months and always received items within 48-72 hrs. Also got a feedback call from CC for each and evry item bought. Packaging is 8/10 and could be improved.

Tradus.in – Excellent. Have placed 23 Orders in last 2 months and always received items within 24-48 hrs except for 1 Order of Hawkins Cooker which was delivered in 11 days. Packaging is 8/10 and could be improved.

Letsbuy.com – Excellent. Have placed 29 Orders in last 2 months and always received items within 48-72 hrs. I used COD option for all
Orders except 2 orders of Rs. 200 each. Good Packaging. Last month I received Amekette Compact Kit woth 275.00 instead of Amekette All In One Kit bought for 479.00. On my one call, they arranged for free pick up by Blue Dart and courierd the All in One same day. So full marks from my side.

Yebhi.com – Good. Placed around 15 orders using coupon codes and recd items within 48-72 hrs. Only drawbacks are – Rs.45 shipping charge for items worth less than Rs. 199 – Poor quality for non-branded items – 2 to 3 years old stock for mostly discounted shoes.

BeStylish – Excellent. Placed 9 orders and shoes are fantastic.

Ebay.in – Placed only 3 orders till now and received item in 10-14 days.

Futurebazaar.com – Excellent. Placed around 10 Orders and recd items within 3-4 days. They even delivered the Laptop Bag worth Rs. 2999.00, bought by me for just Rs. 199.00 because of price error on their website. Packaging is 8/10 and could be improved.

Seventymm.com – Poor. Placed 5 orders and items got delivered in 14-18 days. Useless CC, never responds to calls or emails. Avoid.

Avoid seventymm and I as per my experience I give full marks to tradus and homeshop18 and letsbuy. Very quick delivery timeframe..

My vote will go to tradus , letsbuy and craftsvilla. Also hushbabies ( it has only baby items ) for there 24 hours friendly phone support , fast delivery and points reward system.

All 4 has 100% satisfaction track record for me.
My only complain with letsbuy is that they sent me 2 mouse when I ordered only one :) I have sent
them many emails to collect back one extra which they sent by mistake but seems they are happy
to give me one free :D
I am not also very loyal client of them in comparison with others ( hardly have 15 orders in last 2 months )

1- letsbuy.com amazingly cool offers and damn low prices, order today and it will be shipped my tomorrow and get the items by day after tomorrow , just amazing how they ship so quickly ,and they delver through bluedart so i get in just 1 day with there express delivery so buy item in the morning and next morning have it,also there cc are amazing when i order for cod using 15% off code they cancelled them and so i cannot use the code again so when i called them they said just create another account and order so they are this cool. my rating 5/5

2—- i would go with tradus.in, prices are just a bit high but if we can follow dd closely we may end up paying very less as for instance i bought 1tb 3.5 segate hardisk for just 2665 with million offer, there shipping is also very good usally they ship within 3 days max, i had around 8 transactions with them and they are amazing , i dont know whether they call every one or not but, they do call me every time after receiving the consignment just to be sure i got iam satisfied with there service ,this is really way to go with costumers

3—— thirdly i go with ebay.in as all know there biggest advantage is there availability of huge product range, and with paisapay our hard earned money is safe as all know this, but its better if one is selective with them, previously i never used to research for anything but just use to buy from ebay whenever they send some coupons,but now when i see i would had got the same deals much cheaper.

4———- i would love to buy with yebhi, first they give great discounts and coupons , they changed there logistics patner from aremax to bluedart. but disappointing is that they had just taken the option of payment through debit cards via ccavenue
also be careful in buying sale items and also levis jeans and other non branded items , as they may be old stock, if also one buys them ,there is always return policy so they are good in this 2

5——- buytheprice.com, actually i came to know about dd when i googled for a coupon to buy from buytheprice.com, prices are bit high but i choose to buy when they issue coupons, as they are situated in hyd i normally gets anything in just 2days so very good for me. never had a chance to contact cc so no idea how there cc is, only 1 suggestion i think is they should add some more stuff

12———- futurebazar.com- prices are bit on higher side but the quality of service justifies it ,as i order around 15 orders and till date never faced any music from them, usually i got everything within 3days of order my rating 4.5/5

13———- seventymm—— i ordered 2 items and both took nearly 20 days to reach me other than shipping time i can go with them, my rating 2.5/5

14——- indiatimes shopping—- here also same as in the case of tradus.in or homeshop18, dealers or sellers sell the item, other than alpanso mangoes i ordered all are good, there cc takes nearly 3 days to reply mails,also the action taken for sending rotten mangoes was nil, so should be very careful about what we buy from them and should read the listing carefully, my rating 2/5

@ sholok and anandfbd i just shopped 2 times with homeshop18 and both times i was disgusted with there service,may be i was unlucky , will try once more in future but really got very bad image about them.

Dealsandyou : They have improved a lot now. Emails are replied back within 24 hours. And phone numbers are working with max 2-3 minutes hold time. And lately they have come up with some fantastic deals like bestylish , Movietime ( for delhi only ) , babyoye ( purchased 8 coupons ) , Cbazaar ( purchased 6 and I really make good use of those ). They still make some small careless mistakes but I will give them now 4.5 . Earlier I was the one to write a bad review for them here. But since than they have shown remarkable improvement. Will update that also now.
Koovs : My experience not good. All deals I purchased from them lately had some or the other issues. Be it fashnvia , seventymm , balgopal or others. May be not koovs fault but I can say koovs not lucky for me. Have stopped using them now.

btw……..cbazaar and babyoye also are perfect sites for me with 100% satisfaction record. Babyoye also sent me 1 extra item by mistake of Rs.300 value. But upon my complaint , they collected it back lol

I am dealing from them for the last 5 months and mostly shipment reaches as promised or scheduled in email.

Once i complaint for wrong printing in book, they have arranged reverse pickup @ their cost.

Magazine subs. for one year or two year are good and new tab “MY MAGIC BOX” allows discount @5 % or @ 10 %, making them very attractive.
books are nicely packed, prices are comparable but some books are priced more than the Indiaplaza.in quotes.

but if u ignore indiaplaza.in prices, infibeam is next best and imported books also available @ discount.
i found flipkart , tradus, landmark, crossword costlier than infibeam. CC is excellent.

Excellent site, varied topics not like repeating perfumes deal (snapdeal is bombarding perfume deals like raining). Sometimes they offer philips products homedeliverd, sometimes they offer books signed by author shipment.
They used to advise if merchant like restaurant is shifted or under renovation.
They confirm for delivery of hologram coupons (in some cases they issue them in stead of email voucher).

They also listen patiently and cc is good, talk in respectful manner. Merchant always welcome taggle clients.
I wonder on their tie0up strategy !! (Bakeries, popular ice-cream like Galeto, zero degree)
sometimes deals are not tipped (min 5 buyer) so the refund is automatic. This shows they experiment to arrange new tie up like Zaika Rest. or sasural Rest.

Their support is very much and many deals on spa and restaurant are valid for 3 months. I am so much satisfied from them that i started expecting them to extend the validity of voucher for one day or two day on
the date of expiry,
but at that point it is beyond their control like any deal site. However, They still can manage it.
They not responded my such request neither negative nor positive.
Normally, their response is fast.

That is very negative feature on their part, they charge 100 % of the deal amount.
In case you could not use the deal or froget, they dont refund anything. so you end up
in loss, where most site charge only fraction (10 -15 %) of deal amount and that
is the only loss, which is not available in taggle.

They also started taggle plus for less discount and all such coupon @ 19/- only,
Rs 19/- too refunded in the form of taggle prepay.
I feel they put up all deals after verifing the service quality.
