Timtara Open Cheating without any fear edit delete delete with repost warning

The bloody rascal timtara.com cheating customers for the last two years. What is our country, can’t stop and punish these cheaters even they are openly cheating???

I came to know that there are 3 lakhs 44 thousand complaints registered on timtara, I am surprised nobody in the country not taken any action on those cheaters, on top of all these how the hell they published on their site that they are one of the best top 20 in India???

I ordered a LCD TV of worth 22000/- on Nov-7, this is the most worst mistake I did in my life

Till now, I called them 100s of times my mobile bill burned almost more than 1000/- and mailed 100s of emails to those all timtara cheaters, nisha@timta…om, mamta@timta…om, payal@timta…om, raja@timta…om, abose@timta…om and so many, no bloody rascal responded even to my 100s of emails, From the 15th day after I placed an order I started sending emails and calling them, Order they could not ship in 3 weeks and told out of stock and they cancelled one month back, but no refund yet despite of 100s of calls

How to get my money back from this begger rascals?

Our country should hang all these rascals to save the lakhs customers agony

place an FIR against them if you can bcz tahts the only fear they have…
or tell them (fake) that you have placed fir… if u place in real mail them the copy and name them that it is against teh particular person…
court case will be there soon…

contact bank and payment gateway with forwarded copy your reminder to pimpara..and ask them to chargeback..

Go to their office if you really can do that. Get the entire amount in one shot. Else you will keep dying every day becoz of high blood pressure.

thats a american website where you posted the internet complaint and does not hold any legal ground in India. Best option is to call the payment gateway and your credit card company and ask them to block the payment. You should actually do this if you donot receive the ordered goods within 15 days of placing the order

Also contact the lawyer and see if you can join a class action suit.

Also find how you can file a ZERO FIR at police station via RPAD mentioning your specific issue.
