Tradus customercare is becoming worse

Hi All,
I Have ordered an TOshiba LCD 32 inch lcd Tv
ORDER NO 4113779
Sub Order Id: 4129902
ORDERED ON 3/08/2012

Despatch by date is 10/8/2012

When i have emailed them on 9th about status, am getting cut copy paste mails stating u can check your status in website. you will be intimated when its despatched.
when i asked them why its not depatched yet? then no reply.
I have sent 20 mails in 2 days.
They dont bother to reply

When i messaged them in FB and commented, they simply blocked me and remove my comments.
When i troubled them using another fb id on 12th, they said that check your order status in website. you will be intimated when its despatched.and this FB account is also blocked.
SO this is the real picture of tradeus now.

They are just not bothered about timely delivery and your queries.I hope they refund and then will say bye bye to tradus.

This number helped.I came to know from seller that product is dispatched but due to technical snag its not updated in tradus system. but tradus is not aware of it. they said will forward it to consignment team.
