Useless Service from GATI and Snapdeal

This is to bring to your notice about the Pathetic service been provided by GATI and snapdeal

I had ordered a Pen drive from snapdeal which was expected to be delivered by 11th of January 2014.

The seller promptly shipped the product but via the worst courier known as GATI, The courier guy called me up on 10th and took my detailed address and near abouts. The package was not delivered, on checking thier tracking package I came to know that there was a false remark mentioning a delivery was attempted and person was unavailiable, I immediately raised a complaint, (tkt no was provided) followed it up for 2 days after that. on 17th I get a phone call from GATI saying my package was returned back to Delhi Snapdeal office. what the hell were they doing when I have complaining for the past 3 days.

On writing to snapdeal, I get a response saying that my area is not serviceabale hence they could not send the product. They dont even realise that the product was shipped and reached destination but was not delivered because of the poor service of their courier Partners GATI.

my courrier from pepperfry was delivered on 22nd jan after calling them several times which was supposed to be delivered on 20th

Such things depend more on the efficiency of the local franchise. My Plasma TV from infibeam was delivered in just 4 days from dispatch date (Mumbai-Pondicherry) by Gati. It came in a complete wooden packaging. Neat delivery.
