I placed an order (10754084) on M/S. Infibeam on 14th May 2013 for Huawei data card. While placing an order I mentioned names of available courier service at my location. Seller did not notice my information and sent items by Aramex courier whose service is not available at my location. Aramex returned the item on 4th June 2013 to seller. Up till now Infibeam is neither paying back money nor re sending the item by another courier. I did contact their customer service centre so many times & I am getting reply that my issue will be solved within next 48 hours. I am still waiting……….
I got very bad experince from Infibeam. All are requested not to purchase anything from Infibeam.

It is always better to stay away from marketplace sellers to the maximum extant possible. If you have not received the product yet, why are they delaying the refund? Did you insist on receiving the product by another courier service by any chance? Or did you straightaway ask for a refund? Just curious.
