Worst Experience with Redbus - Toll free number dead - No reply for mail

hi guys this is my experience with Redbus, during booking something went wrong due to server busy and want to book 2 tickets, but 2 tickets are booked in same name of me, second person is not added.

So got 2 tickets booked in same name through redbus for kalladatravels

Now nightmare started :
So i mailed redbus, atthe sametime called their Toll free number “THIS NUMBER NOT EXIST”, shocked, this much big company doesn’t even have phone number ? then after got some 12 numbers from their website, all he phones numbers are ringing, but not a single one picked the phone.

they’re not ready to support you, above numbers are already dead, they just hired coders and created a beautiful script (backend/frontend) that doesn’t need any human hinderance, but support …??? worst and worst.

Good Support from Kallada travels, there TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE : 040-30102727 number shown in homepage/website is worked fine, they rectified smoothly in 1 minutes.
(unfortunately, there local numbers not work)
